Detailed Introduction of The AT303 Series Apparent Density Meter

The AT303 series apparent density meter from Anytester is mainly used to measure the apparent density of loose materials flowing out of the specified funnel. It is an ideal test instrument for the quality inspection of raw materials entering the factory in the chemical industry. It consists of a base, a support frame, a funnel, a plug plate, and a receiver. The volume of the receiver is 100mL±0.5mL. It is suitable for the loose plastic materials flowing out of the funnel larger than 100mL±0.5mL of polyvinyl chloride resin raw materials. When the loose plastic flows into a standard container of 100mL±0.5mL, use a ruler to scrape off the excess sample on the standard container, and then weigh it with a balance. Use the following formula to calculate ρ=M-m/V to get the apparent density value. This instrument is a test instrument for the chemical industry and plastic raw material quality inspection.

The AT303 series apparent density meter is suitable for the loose plastic material of polyvinyl chloride resin raw materials flowing out from the funnel greater than 100mL±0.5mL. When the loose plastic flows into the standard container of 100mL±0.5mL, the excess sample on the standard container is scraped off with a ruler, and then weighed with a balance. The following formula is used to calculate ρ=M—m/V to obtain the apparent density value. This instrument is a test instrument for the chemical industry and plastic raw material quality inspection.
