Safety operating procedures for laboratory sample warping machines (Part One)

1. Introduction

The laboratory sample warping machine is a device used for fabric warping. In order to ensure the safety of laboratory personnel and the normal operation of equipment when using the sample warping machine, this safety operating procedure is formulated.

The purpose of this regulation is to provide safe operation guidance, help experimental personnel operate the sample warping machine correctly and safely, and reduce the possibility of accidents.

2. Equipment Overview

A sample warping machine is a machine used for preparing textile samples, which adjusts process parameters such as tightening and weft insertion to achieve fabric warping. The sample warping machine mainly consists of the following parts:

(1) Rack: Provides basic support and stability for the entire machine.

(2) warp guide device: used to guide the weft yarn of the fabric to maintain a certain tension.

(3) Twisting device: used to adjust the tension and twist of weft yarn.

(4) Transmission device: To achieve the movement of various components during the warping process.

(5) Control system: used to set and control the process parameters of the warping machine.

3. Safety precautions

Before operating the sample warping machine, it is necessary to understand and comply with the following safety precautions:

• Operators should receive relevant training and be familiar with the structure and working principle of the sample warping machine.

• When using the sample warping machine, operators should wear appropriate labor protection equipment, such as protective goggles, protective gloves, etc.

• It is prohibited to approach moving parts with fingers, clothing, or other objects to avoid accidents such as pinching or pulling.

• During the warping process, it is not allowed to modify or adjust the transmission device, electronic control system, and other parts of the machine without authorization, unless inspected by qualified maintenance personnel.

• When operating the sample warping machine, it is necessary to ensure that the working area is clean and tidy, and to avoid water or other solutions splashing onto the machine to prevent accidents such as electric shock.

• It is prohibited to use water or other liquids to clean the surface of the machine, and only a cleaning cloth can be used for wiping.

• When encountering faults or abnormal situations, the operation should be stopped immediately and maintenance personnel should be notified promptly for handling.
