Jig Dyeing is very common dyeing method for fabrics, it's specially suitable for the fabric dyeing made of yarn and filament. This process includes immersing fabrics in solution continuously, after that, winding the fabric on the roller to make fabric roller, that's the first step.
The detail dyeing processing method is as following:
1. Pretreatment, washing the fabric to remove the oil and impurity, sometimes bleaching is also needed ,to absorb the solution sufficiently
2.Immersing, put the fabric roller into the dyeing solution to immerse it, the dyeing solution contains dyestuff and some other catalyzer. For different fabric, needed temperature and time & solution concentration is different, you must be very familiar with your sample.
3.Extra Solution Removing, you can use the two rollers to squeeze the fabric, or by eccentric exercise to remove the extra solution.
4.Winding, winding the wet fabric on the drum to make tight fabric rollers, the bigger the fabric tube, the larger the pressure on the fabric layers, the pressure is larger, then dyeing solution distribution is more uniform
5.Drying, after the dyeing process, heating and drying is needed to fix the fabric as well as color in the fabric, after drying process, the fabric is more soft.
There are many advantages for the jig dyeing method, they are as following:
1. the fabric after dyeing is very uniform
2. This dyeing method is suitable for many kinds of fibers, especially for the nature fiber and high elastic synthetic fiber, such as wool fiber, silk nylon fiber
3.you can adjust the temperature and solution & dyeing solution to change the dyeing color
It also have some limitations as following:
1. the production speed is lower than the modern dyeing method
2. the power Sumption is high and wasted water is more these need to be improved.
We have many kinds of dyeing machine, I recommend you these models
