Laboratory Cone Winding Machine

Today we will introduce one model laboratory Cone Winding Machine.

AT209 Lab Cone Winding Machine is a specified equipment in the textile industry as the bridge from the spinning of yarn to the manufacturing of fabric. It is the final process in the spinning of yarn to use tube yarn/cop to make bobbins/cones of large capacity for the manufacturing of fabric. The purpose of winding is to produce bobbin/cones of large capacity and to eliminate faults on yarn. For other purpose of loose winding before dyeing or compact winding after dyeing, please inform us before ordering.

Two controlling system: integrated controlling of all spindles and independent controlling of each spindle.

Integrated controlling of all spindles: to start, stop and initialize all spindles of single face together and set test parameters for all spindles together.

Independent controlling of each spindle: to control the winding of each spindle. It consists of DC brushless motor, operation panel and yarn-breaking detector.

Note

*Forbidden to touch DC brushless driver and motor while the machine is running;

In-built high-voltage circuit is dangerous; any checking must be carried out at least 1 minute later after the electricity is cut off;

*Load motor must be well connected with the shell of the machine;

Motor works for long time and its shell will have inductive electromotive power and it also produces static electricity after long-time winding work; if the motor shell is not connected with the machine body, there will be voltage pressure between them, which will cause the electricity accumulates in the motor and affect the normal working of electric system.

*The machine must be well earthed
