AT250F Series Lab Circular Knitting Machine with LED Display

AT250F Series Lab Knitting Machine is specially designed to knit fabric sample of POY, DTY or FDY for the assessment of yarn uniformity and dyeing affinity. It is applicable to various filaments of 30~1000dtex. It is an ideal equipment for dyeing test in knitting factories. 

Needle Cylinder

★ Equipped with filament storage device;

Filament Storage Device for AT250F-II 

★ Applicable to various filaments of 25~1000dtex, such as POY, DTY and FDY;

★ Standard needle cylinder has 240 needles; other needle cylinder with different needles are optional;

Relationship between the filament fineness and number of needles are as below: 

NOTE-The standard needle cylinder for this machine has 240needle. If you want another needle cylinder, please inform us before order.

 ★ Adjustable running speed up to 300rpm (only for AT250F-III);

 ★ Automatic knitted fabric tension device; 

★ LED display for AT250F-I and -II while touch screen for AT250F-III;
