Product Description
AT235 Bench-top Wet Spinning Machine is special design for researching new material in the field of textile, macromolecule and other material. It consists of spinning solution tank, dosing pump, gooseneck, spinneret, coagulating bath, drawing roller, heating slot, drawing roller, setting slot, drawing roller and winding roller.

★ Manual lifting platform to move the spinning solution tank, dosing pump, gooseneck and spinneret up or down together;
★ 316L stainless steel gooseneck and coagulating bath;
★ Coagulating bath with two filament pressing rollers and optional heating system;
★ Optional heating system for coagulating bath;
★ Heating slot adopts non-touch air heating;
★ Nylon drafting rollers with adjustable rotation speed;
★ The whole line adopt quick joint connecting, it’s easy to assemble;
