Product Description
AT464 Intelligent Viscosity Testing System is used to determine the viscosity of polymers using capillary viscometers. This testing system consists of capillary viscometers, thermostatic bath, chiller and main controller. It is suitable for PET, PBT, PAM, PC, PVC, TP, PCT, PEN, PAN, PS, PMMA, PIB, PSU, PLA, SAN, SB, TPU, CA and other polymeric materials. It can directly calculate kinetic viscosity, dynamic viscosity, relative viscosity, reduced viscosity, viscosity number, intrinsic viscosity, viscosity-average molecular weight and so on.

Intelligent viscosity measuring unit
The intelligent viscosity measuring unit is the core module of the viscosity measurement;
Mount the capillary viscometer onto the measuring unit;
Air pump automatically raise the solution to the half of bulk, release the pressure and solution drops;
Time when the level of solution reaches the upper mark and stop timing when solution drops to the lower mark;
Simultaneous display of timing data and measuring status on test software;
* Designed according to ISO, GB, DIN standards with span of 40mm between two marks
* Unique pressing-block design to rapid mount the measurement unit and viscosity pipe, easy to operate and effectively avoid the breakage of viscosity pipe;
* Independent and complete system with pump, valve and controlling circuit for each position;
* Infrared solution level detector with intelligent optical recognition, suitable for transparent, semi-transparent and opaque solutions;
* Indication of running status with clear display of measuring procedure and accuracy up to 0.01s;
High-precision Thermostatic Bath
* High-precision thermostatic bath consists of two parts: measuring bath and adjusting bath; cold and hot water is fully mixed in the adjusting bath and then pumped into the measuring bath via porous water pipes to ensure little temperature difference between tests units; this isolated structure can ensure the water level at constant level in the measuring bath and no descending of water level because of evaporation;
* Large-size middle hollow double glass window, convenient to observe and excellent heat isolation, reducing effect to the measuring bath from environment;
* Inside material of measuring bath adopts mirror stainless steel and LED lamp for measuring bath, convenient to observe and place measuring units;
* Large power semi-conductor chiller can continuously work for 50,000 hour;
Professional Test Software
* Intuitive display of running status of each measuring unit;
* Once start testing, no need of looking after, automatic continuous measurement until the finish of test;
* Intelligent judge to test data, when the test result is beyond the set deviation, automatic test again;
* Each measuring unit independently has the calculating formula required to test different or same samples; special calculating formula can be added;
* Allowable operation according to authority degree, convenient to manage;
* Test data can be output in picture or Excel;
* Software is compatible to various operating system, such as, XP, Win7, Win8 and Win10.
