Today we introduce the spinning technological process.
(一)Cleaning Process
1. Cotton Opening: Loosen the compressed raw cotton into small cotton lumps or cotton bundles, which is convenient for the smooth removal of impurities.
2. Cleaning Cotton: remove most of the magazines, defects and short fibers not suitable for spinning in the raw cotton.
3. Blending Cotton: Fully and evenly mix raw cotton with different components, which is convenient for the stability of cotton yarn quality.
4. Rolling: make cotton rolls with a certain weight, length, uniform thickness and good shape.
(二)Carding Process
1. Carding: Decompose the cotton block into single fibers to improve the straight and parallel state of the fibers.
2. Impurity removal: remove small impurities and short lint in the lap.
3. Mixing: Make the fibers further fully and uniformly mixed.
4. Sliver: make sliver that meets the requirements.
(三)Combing Process
1. Impurity removal: remove neps, impurities and fiber defects in fibers.
2. Carding: further separating fibers, eliminating short fibers with a certain length, and improving the length uniformity and straightness of fibers.
3. Drafting: thin the sliver to a certain thickness and improve the parallel straightness of the fibers.
4. Sliver: make sliver that meets the requirements.

(四)Drawing Process
1. Merging: Generally, 6-8 slivers are used for merging to improve the unevenness of the long segments of the sliver.
2. Drafting: stretch the sliver to the specified weight, and further improve the straightness and parallelism of the fibers.
3. Mixing: By combining and drawing, the fibers are further uniformly mixed.
4. Sliver: make a well-formed sliver, and place the regular plate in the sliver bucket for subsequent operations.
(五)Roving Process
1. Drafting: evenly stretch and thin the cooked sliver, and make the fibers further straight and parallel.
2. Twisting: the drafted sliver is properly twist to make the sliver have a certain strength, so as to facilitate the winding of the coarse sand and the unwinding of the spun yarn.
(六)Ring Process
1. Drafting: draw the roving to the required fineness, so that the fibers are straight and parallel.
2. Twisting: twist the whiskers to form a spun yarn with a certain twist and a certain strength.
3. Winding: winding the twisted spun yarn on the bobbin.
4. Forming: make the yarns as the bobbins with the certain size and shape, which are convenient for processing after handling.
(7) Winding Process
1. Winding and forming: winding the tube yarn into a bobbin with a large capacity, a good shape and a certain density.
2. Impurity removal: remove some defects and impurities on the yarn to improve the quality of the yarn.
(八) Twisting Process
1. Twisting: Two or more yarns are combined and twisted to make strands with high strength and good structure.
2. Winding: winding the twisted strand on the bobbin.
3. Forming: make a pipeline of a certain size and shape, which is convenient for handling and post-processing.
