Product Description
AT227 Continuous Melt Spinning Machine is a main key equipment in synthetic fibre production. This machine uses high temperature ceramic to heat and melt the polymer sample, and extrude the sample to be liquid trickle from a spinneret under the effect of inert gas pressure, then nascent fibers form under the effect of air cooling. It is specially designed for small batch production test to simulate the field production.
Features
★ Melt spinning part
It consists of extruding part, extrusion measuring head, melt pump, spinning system and cross air blow device.
1. Extruding part
With 3 sections of electric heating, adopts heating rod heating and copper bush soaking; Individual temperature control of these 3 heating sections, temperature range: RT~320℃. There is a cooling coiler at the discharge port to make the temperature control more quickly.
2. Extrusion measuring head
With a individual pressure sensor and temperature sensor, can real-time monitor the pressure and temperature.
3. Melt pump
It is made of high temperature resistant tool steel, heating power: 3kw, liquid viscosity: ≤40000Pas, liquid temperature: ≤400℃, pump cleaning temperature: ≤450℃, input pressure: 12MPa max., max. Pressure difference: 25Mpa, flow of melt pump: 2.4cc/rev, real-time collect pressure and temperature data and display on the control panel. Pressure and temperature sensor are installed in the internal of melt pump.
4. Spinning system
It adopts crystal fiber furnace heating, the max. Power is 3kw, temperature range is RT~320℃.
The biggest single loading quantity is 3L.
With 3 sections of electric heating.
5. Cross air blow device
Size: 150×150mm, water-cooled fan blowing, small air flow disturbance, excellent cooling uniformity.
★ Oiling & winding part
1. Rotary oiling device
Roller material: PA6, with adjustable opening and closing design, convenient to start and stop at any time.
2. Hot roller
Temperature range: 70~200℃, roller dia.: 125mm, roller length: 125mm, speed range: 100~500m/min;
With polishing and chroming surface treatment, high hardness, excellent wear resistance.
It adopts electric induction heating mode, clean and environment protection, low maintenance cost.
Each set with frequency conversion motor, the speed can be individually adjusted.
★ Measuring control part
1. Data monitor
With programmable temperature controller, PID automatic temperature control, 3 sections of temperature control.
PC remote control, interface display: extruding speed, hot roller speed, melt pump speed, temperature and other necessary alarm and signal.
2. Over-limit alarm
