Polymer Fiber Melt Spinning Machine

AT225 Laboratory Melt Spinning Machine is a main key equipment in synthetic fiber production. This machine uses high temperature copper ring block to heat and melt the polymer sample, and extrudes the sample to be liquid trickle from a spinneret under the effect of inert gas (N₂) pressure to produce the  nascent fiber.

★ Stable inert gas pressure system (gas source should be prepared by the user himself);

★ Metal protective hood with air leg;

★ Colorful touch screen, real-time display of temperature and air pressure in cylinder;

★ Be able to independently set and control the temperature of each heating zone;

★ Three heating zones with copper ring block to heat;

★ Insulation plate under the feed cylinder to block the spinneret hole for rapid heating;

★ Max temperature up to 350℃;

★ Cooling fan with adjustable speed;
