AT280 Lab Pad-Thermosol Range

AT280 Lab Pad-Thermosol Range is applicable for laboratory simulation of dyeing and finishing process of drying workshop. Continuous pad steam dyeing process is a very efficient process as compared to batch dyeing resulting in low costs and higher production. Continuous dyeing is employed for vat, reactive, disperse, sulfur, acid, pigment direct etc. Depending on different required applications that you can select the needed technological process:

1 Padding → IR pre-heating → intermediate Dryer → Thermosoling

Based on above technology, you can simulate the production conditions to achieve good reproducibility.

★ It adopts high quality stainless steel SU304 with mirror surface which is corrosion-resistant;
★ Using 12 pcs IR heating parts to make the heating more evenness high efficient

★ Frequency control motor make the machine controlling more easy

★ Tested fabric can be fixed with clipper which allows to test the different fabrics at the same time for higher efficiency.
★ Fabric content inside of steam chamber can be selective 6m or 3m depends the necessity

★ Dwell time can be adjusted accordingly between 30 seconds to 120 seconds with digital indicator to indicate preciously

★ All Guide-Rollers in contact with the test fabric are Teflon-coated to avoid any staining
