AT402G-300 CNN Milling Machine

AT402G-300 CNN Milling Machine is used for the production of samples of plastic, fiberglass plastic, fiberboard, reinforced glass fiber board, cement block, and other non-metallic materials and metal materials. It can process almost all materials including: metal, ceramic, alloy, plastic products, all composite materials and special resin products. It can’t only make strap samples according to the relative standards, but laso prepare special samples developed by the customer, such as, bar, dumbbell, round, oval, semicircle, square various rules and irregular shapes with features of flexibility and fast processing speed. It confirms to GB/T1040, GB/T9865,  GB/T1043, GB/T1843, ISO179, ISO180 and other standard sample requirements. Equipped with lubrication drip system, the cutter is fully lubricated and cooled during operation, ensuring that the sample will not change its character due to overheating during processing and the edge of the sample is well modified to avoid the generation of burrs, and also avoid the processing debris splashing around.
