AT281 LAB PAD-STEAM RANGE

AT281 LAB PAD-STEAM RANGE is an ideal instrument for the printing houses who desire to duplicate in the laboratory the dyeing results that obtain in production. It applies to vat dyes for pad-dyeing, steaming fixation and dyeing process. It consists of electric pneumatic padder and saturated-steam steaming cabinet (normally the temperature of saturated steam is 102±1℃).
Fabric continuously passes through dye vat and pneumatic padder and then enters the steaming cabinet. Squeezing and steaming are finished at one time to avoid the redox effect of air to fabric.

Equipped with dye bath, horizontal padder, steaming chamber, fabric inlet and outlet frame as below:

★ Whole machine made of SUS304 stainless steel;

★ Automatic temperature controlling for fabric outlet with water temperature adjustment and automatic water-adding;

★ Emergency stop button and food switch for the safety of the operator;

★ Guide-type external chemical-adding funnel;
