HY-E500 Automatic Yarn Evenness Tester is used to test evenness of yarns, roving, slivers which are spun with cotton, wool, flax and short synthetic fiber.
Features
★ Independent of the modular design, each test module is relatively independent of the test unit, easy to use, maintenance and upgrading.
★ Multi-function for various yarn and equipped with hairiness detecting parts
★ Operator can stop the machine whenever to check the stetted defect on yarn
★ Photoelectric detect parts to check average diameter, CV, curve of the yarn which contain metal
★ Operator can insert sample value to any group without change the result and store the insert value can be
★ Our machine can automatic stop when sample breaking and record current value.
★ Imported electronic speed regulating system feature with accurate rotation speed and high test precision;
★ Statistic analyzing system can put out annals, seasonal report, monthly report, daily report of testing data for some material, and distribution diagram of index tendency;
★ Expert system (optional) can help user to analyze failures in the textile technology. It also can compare the yarn with USTER statistics.
